Tag Applications Procedure (Active/Associate Member)
Make a copy of the registration, but make sure you are the owner or co-owner on the registration (State FOP Policy). Send the copy of the registration along with a check for $10.00 to the Lodge Secretary (Tom Michael) and he will send the applications to you.
