Rental Fee Schedule

Weekdays

• *Regular Rental Fee: Monday - Thursday = $325
• FOP Member Rental Fee: Monday - Thursday = $275

Weekends

• *Regular Rental Fee: Friday - Sunday = $425
• FOP Member Rental Fee: Friday - Sunday = $375

Additional Fees

• Security Deposit = $100
• Additional Hour = $100
• One Bartender = $100
• Two Bartenders = $200
• Three Bartenders = $300
• Soda Package = $2.00 per person
• Beer (Draft), Wine, and Soda Package = $5.00 per person
• Premium Beer (Draft), Wine, and Soda Package = $6.00 per person
• Regular Liquor Package = $7.00 per person
• Premium Liquor Package = $12.00 per person
• Cash Bar = Actual cost of items dispensed at current Lodge #34 Lounge prices
• Catering Fees = Varies (determined between the hall renter and catering service)
• Wheels-Of Chance = $25.00 per wheel (Two available)
• Wheel-Of-Chance Operator = $20.00 per hour
• Wedding Arch = $25.00

Soda Only Package

The Soda Only Package includes the following:

• Coke
• Diet Coke
• Sprite
• Ginger Ale

The soda package will require a bartender.

Beer Wine and Soda Package

The Beer Wine and Soda Package includes the following:

• Draft Beer by the half keg as stocked by the Hall
• Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and Gingerale
• Wines include Folonari® Cabernet (Red), Folonari® Pino Noir (Red), CK Mondavi® Moscato (White), and CK Mondavi® Pino Grigio (White)

If the hall renter wishes to purchase beer (draft only) that is not regularly stocked by the Hall, and the hall price (at cost) is over $100.00, the Hall will accommodate the request; however, the renter must purchase the "Premium beer, wine and soda package."

Kegs are the property of the Hall. The renter agrees that any remaining product inside of said kegs at the end of the event is the sole property of the Hall.

Premium Beer Wine and Soda Package

The Premium Beer Wine and Soda Package includes the following:

• Draft Beer by the half keg, as requested by the renter, which is not regularly stocked by the Hall and the hall price (at cost) is over $100.00
• Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and Gingerale
• Wines include Folonari® Cabernet (Red), Folonari® Pino Noir (Red), CK Mondavi® Moscato (White), and CK Mondavi® Pino Grigio (White)

Subject to availability.

Specialty kegs are the property of the Hall. The renter agrees that any remaining product inside of said kegs at the end of the event is the sole property of the Hall.

Liquor Packages

In order to provide a broad selection of liquor for Hall clients, there will be two liquor packages available at additional per person fees.

Regular Liquor Package

The Regular Liquor Package will include the following rail liquor choices as well as the Standard Beer, Wine, and Soda:

• Vodka
• Gin
• Rum
• Whiskey

Premium Liquor Package

The Premium Liquor Package will include the following premium liquor choices as well as the Regular Liquor Package, and the Standard Beer, Wine, and Soda Package:

• Vodka
• Gin
• Rum
• Bourbon
• Whiskey
